The Sourcing Dept./Brentwood Line collects contact information via our website and other channels where distributor have requested our content. We then verify that our Priority email list maintains verified distributors for our content. The Priority email list is for Promotional Product Distributors Only.
Since the creation of the Brentwood line Priority email list we able to maintain a tighter control on who we are reaching with our emails. Each email address is opt-ed in and then checked by one of our staff to confirm the distributor status. We can not do this for 3rd party email lists and for this reason we send the most important and time sensitive content to our own email list. That is why it is important for distributors to sign up for the Brentwood Priority email list.
Social Media:
The Brentwood Line uses social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and email marketing to update distributors who are our customers and those interested in our products about new product and special offers. Our intent is to inform the distributor so they can make the best decision about the products to offer their clients.
Here are policies we maintain when dealing with social media and email.
- We will only post coded pricing to social media outlets in case these have the potential to reach your clients. Any Twitter tweet or Facebook post will only contain coded pricing to protect the distributor’s margins.
- Email marketing campaigns are designed to inform the distributor in more detail about pricing opportunities and specials. It is our goal to email only to promotional products distributors.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise give away the information you submit to us. Your information is for our use ONLY. Our customer’s privacy is important to us!
