How The Brentwood Line uses social media and email marketing.
The Brentwood Line uses social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and email marketing to update distributors who are our customers and those interested in our products about new product and special offers. Our intent is to inform the distributor so they can make the best decision about the products to offer their clients.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise give away the information you submit to us. Your information is for our use ONLY. Our customer's privacy is important to us!
Here are policies we maintain when dealing with social media and email.
We will only post coded pricing to social media outlets in case these have the potential to reach your clients. Any Twitter tweet or Facebook post will only contain coded pricing to protect the distributor's margins.
Email marketing campaigns are designed to inform the distributor in more detail about pricing opportunities and specials. It is our goal to email only to promotional products distributors.
Since the creation of the Brentwood line Priority email list we can maintain a tighter control on who we are reaching with our emails. Each email address is double opt-ed in and then checked by one of our staff to confirm their distributor status. We can not do this for 3rd party email lists and for this reason we send the most important and information sensitive content to our own email list. That is why it is important for distributors to sign up for the Brentwood Priority email list.
