If you submit any Personal Information relating to other people to us or to our service providers in connection with the Services, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. On some of our website pages, you can submit information about other people and compose personalized messages to them. For example, you can send an image of a product to a friend along with a personalized message you compose for the recipient. We consider the information you submit to us and contents of your personalized messages to be private communications between you and the recipient. Brentwood Line will not disclose any information you provide about someone else, except to ship an order and confirm delivery, to identify or resolve technical problems or customer service issues, as required by law, to comply with a court order or other legal process, to enforce the Terms of Use, to respond to claims that your personalized messages violate the rights of third parties, and to protect the rights or property of Brentwood Line.

Brentwood Line has not sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months. Unless you specifically grant us permission, we will not trade, rent or sell your personal information, your survey responses or any other specific details about you or your company. We may provide aggregate statistics to reputable parties about the visitors to our Sites, but these statistics will not include any personal or private information that identifies you. If you would like Brentwood Line to disclose, delete, transfer, suppress sharing, or stop sending you information please contact us by writing to Brentwood Line Privacy Policy, Attention: Customer Services, 7108 Crossroads Blvd STE 307, Brentwood, TN 37027 or emailing orders@brentwoodline.com. In your request, please make clear what Personal Information you would like to have transferred, suppressed, or deleted or otherwise let us know what limitations you would like to put on our use of your Personal Information. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the specific email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf if you provide the authorized agent with written permission to do so. Before complying with a request from an agent, we may require that you verify your own identity directly with us. We may deny a request from an agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for record keeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion (e.g., when you make a purchase or enter a promotion, you may not be able to change or delete the Personal Information provided until after the completion of such purchase or promotion).  There may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed.
